Ingredients: Organic sage leaves
Directions: For herbal tea, add one teaspoon of herb per cup of hot water and steep covered for 4-5 minutes. Strain or use in a tea ball. Enjoy hot or iced. In cooking, sage is incredible on roasted vegetables and in winter squash soups. A strongly brewed sage tea with added salt can be gargled for its anti-bacterial properties at the first sign of a cold. This is a lovely tea for when you need to shift your mood with a strong cleansing energy.
