Ingredients: Organic lemon balm leaves
Directions: For herbal tea, add one teaspoon of herb per cup of hot water and steep covered for 4-5 minutes. Strain or use in a tea ball. Enjoy hot or iced. In cooking, lemon balm can be used in cookies and cakes. Lemon balm is usually enjoyed as a tea to calm the nervous system and sooth stress and anxiety.
