Ingredients: Organic lavender flowers
Directions: For herbal tea, add one teaspoon of herb per cup of hot water and steep covered for 4-5 minutes. Strain or use in a tea ball. Enjoy hot or iced. In cooking, lavender is lovely in cookies, cakes, and syrups. Lavender has a very powerful ability to calm the nervous system and soothe emotional energy. Its a wonderful tea to drink nightly as a grounding/calming bedtime ritual to prepare for rest.
