Ingredients: Organic rosemary leaves
Directions: For herbal tea, add one teaspoon of herb per cup of hot water and steep covered for 4-5 minutes. Strain or use in a tea ball. Enjoy hot or iced. In cooking, rosemary is especially wonderful for seasoning roasted vegetables with olive oil and salt. This is an extraordinary plant for improving long-term memory and for balancing of our sweetness and our strength.
